1. Create a CashStar Account: Email your organization’s W9 form to our Gift Card Team.
2. Application Review: Please allow up to 4 business days for us to review your application. ALDI reserves the right to approve or reject applications.
3. Access the Bulk Gift Card Portal: Upon approval, you’ll receive access to our dedicated online portal for bulk gift card orders.

Gift Card Options:

• Value: Load each gift card with any amount between $5.00 and $500.00.
• Item Exemptions (Optional): Tailor your gift cards to specific needs:
  • No Exemption: Standard gift cards usable for any item.
  • Alcohol Exemption: Cannot be used for alcoholic beverages. Any balance for alcohol must be paid separately.
  • Food-Only Exemption: Cannot be used for non-food items (including household/paper products, reusable bags) or alcohol. Any balance for these items must be paid separately.

Invoicing & Payment:

• Invoice Generation: An invoice is automatically generated by CashStar once your order details are submitted. You can find it on the order summary page within the “Orders” section of your CashStar account.
• Payment Methods: Remittance details are provided on your invoice. We accept the following payment methods:
  • ACH Transfer: Please send a remittance email to our Gift Card Team after initiating payment.
  • Wire Transfer: Please send a remittance email to our Gift Card Team after initiating payment.
  • Organizational Check: For new customers paying by check, a temporary hold will be placed on the order until the payment clears (up to 10 business days). We recommend using ACH or wire transfer for faster processing and sending checks via certified mail with tracking. Payments not received within 90 days may lead to order cancellation and account suspension.
